What you need to know about Talant Gallery

We offer you a diverse collection of artwork, but we understand that you may have questions about the process of buying it and more. In this case, we have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions of our buyers and provided detailed answers to them. After all, our goal is to make your experience with art as comfortable as possible.

What payment methods are accepted? 

All credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, etc.), Paypal and bank transfer. 

How is the delivery of the painting after purchase?

Talant Gallery ships paintings worldwide using courier services such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and Sdeck. 

What shipping options are available for international orders?

We offer a variety of shipping options, ensuring safe transportation of paintings to anywhere in the world.

How is the return of artwork handled?

Upon delivery of your order, please retain all packing and shipping documents for your records. Note any condition issues, discrepancies or damage. Take close-up photos and pictures of the entire item.

For items that are returnable, buyers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) to inspect the item and request a refund. When contacting us to initiate a return, please email your request to info@talantgallery.com

It is the buyer's responsibility to return the work undamaged. Talant Gallery will issue a full refund upon receipt of the returned artwork.

Who is responsible for return costs?

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the work, including the cost of shipping back to the gallery.

Do you provide certificates of authenticity? 

We are happy to provide free certificates However, we do not automatically include a certificate with the purchase; an invoice indicating that the work was purchased from us serves as proof of authenticity.

Do you appraise and authenticate artwork ?

Yes, Talant Gallery provides artwork appraisal and authentication services.

The appraisals provided by Talant Gallery do not include written documents. We do our own research and provide you with the approximate market value of the artwork.

We are not a certified appraiser. However, we do have experience and expertise in appraising artwork.

If you are outside of Washington State, artwork appraisals are based on examining high quality photographs of the artwork provided. We do our own necessary research to determine their approximate market value.

To begin the appraisal, we require high quality photographs of the artwork and additional information that may be helpful in the appraisal.
